September 3 – 5, 2011.If you love dogs this is the place to be this weekend to enjoy 3 All Breed Championship Dog Shows, 3 Obedience Trials and 3 Rally Trials. In addition the following events are scheduled to take place in the same venue. These events include: Flat Coat Retriever Society of Canada - National Specialty show, 1 specialty trial, 1 specialty rally trial Australian Cattle Dog Club of Canada - 1 specialty show Bouvier des Flandres Club of Canada - 1 specialty show, 1 all breed obedience trial, 1 all breed rally trial Keeshond Club of Canada - National Specialty show Alaskan Malamute Club of Canada - 1 specialty show Maritime Group 7 Club - 1 specialty show, 1 all breed obedience trial, 1 all breed rally obedience trial Norwegian Elkhound Club of Canada - National Specialty Show With over 500 participating dogs representing many different breeds plan to bring the whole family to watch the shows and meet the dogs! Enjoy shopping in the famous Vendor’s Alley where you will find knowledgeable vendors including Eukanuba, Four Feet on the Ground, Dogs of Pride and others who will be pleased to help you find the right products to meet your needs. The show has over 40 vendors from throughout Atlantic Canada. If you are looking to purchase a purebred dog this is the place to meet breeders and ask questions about their breeding programs and discuss responsible dog ownership.
